Baked Salmon with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, dill, and parsley.

Brush the herb mixture over the salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper.

Top each fillet with lemon slices.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
